1.) 3.) That the monetary balances incurred per above mentioned account are lawfully edited and removed and declared it an Infinite Fiscal Balances per account since Eternal Deposit still working conditionally per diplomatic memorandum of the Association of International Bankers and the common workers of the World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund, US Treasury Department and US Federal Reserve Board to ease their burden for declared handling an annual auditing of all incurred balances previously declared in the Offset Bank Statements fabricated by the Under Personnel (mafia) of the Committee of 300 and submitted before the Committee of 300 and given to King ASM.

That all Interesting Parties and the Host Governments are Disallowed to Use funding originated from ASBLP Accounts to Extend and Source Tool for Military Power Platforms and/or to Harm Innocent People and other kinds of vices and other related external and internal inhuman, extortion, terror and criminal activities but to Use for Development Program for the People.
7.) That all above mentioned accounts are subject forever for incurring Banking Services, Taxes, Fees and Charges in the rate of 2% per approved monetary balances under the opened and negotiated account arranged by the Bank, the Host Government and King ASM before its Final Activation and Contract, the Host Government is the only entity that Allowed and Authorized by the Committee of 300 to Arrange and Settle said incurred banking charges and since the previous declared incurred monetary balances were edited and removed and King ASM was disallowed to visit and go within any Banking and Financial Institutions worldwide without an Official/Legal Invitation from the Bank and/or from the Host Government, the Bank and the Host Government thru the Host Government Representative/s should Carefully Discuss and Finalize the Approved Monetary Value arranged by the Bank and the Host Government in supervision of the Committee of 300.
