CASE NO.: 1:16-CV-1490 We the Grand Jury find that Congress had two in-depth committee hearings and therein was fully informed of these tyrannical atrocities, orchestrated by the deep state, that started at least in the 1980’s, thereby Congress was formally aware of the “Threat, Intimidation & Bullying by Federal Land Managing Agencies” and, did nothing. Whereas, Congress could have denied BLM funding thereby ending the acts of terrorism and preventing the said atrocities and/or bring this to the attention of We the People, via Grand Jury.
