All areas of information security also known as cyber security (that term is cringy) have been looking into this since the article came out. Bloomberg did not actually have a board that was affected in their possession. Trust me there are thousands of professionals that want their hands on this chip if it exists but right now no one can get concrete evidence that it actually does. Yes, this technology if it exists would be so futuristic and prohibitively expensive that it would be fascinating to see . As of this moment this is a straight up sci to fairy tale until a professional actually gets their hands on one or sees a packet capture. Term is pcaps or gtfo and currently There are no pcaps.
